I've been pondering the human fascination with the spiral as a symbol. I did a quick internet search on the subject. It seems spirals have long been associated with rebirth, a new beginning, an on going spiral into the unknown future, etc..
We all know spirals are everywhere in nature. A new fern head, many different shells, and even hurricanes to name a few.
Why am I writing about spirals? What in the world does this have to do with Wedding Photography?
Well, to answer I've pondered my own fascination with circles and spirals which lead me to this deep thought if you will. The logo of this business is a spiral, a marriage is a new beginning from a center point that continues out into the future, and our wedding rings are symbols of an encircling of entirety. So I just ask you ponder this for a while and happy wedding planning!
